What is the Charleston Trust?

The Charleston Trust, a small independent registered charity that receives no public funding for its day-to-day activities, was set up in 1980 to restore and maintain the Sussex home of the Bloomsbury group artists for the benefit of the public.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Is buying online safe?

Yes. We use Stripe as our payment processor. All payments and data are 100% secure with our 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store any card details.

Can I place an order over the phone?

How do you ship items?

We aim to dispatch all items within three working days of receiving an order, though please bear with us, as we are a small team and this can sometimes take longer.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, please go to ‘Track My Order’ and enter the Order ID & Billing Details.

Please note, this will not tell you where your parcel is. It will only tell you if your order has been received, processed or completed.

On completion, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days.
